How we work with architects
Step 1
Register your practice
Tell us who you are and agree to how we store your details. We review every registration before it is approved.
Step 2
Send the plans
Open a submission for the project, add the site address and what needs quoting, and upload the drawings.
Step 3
We assess the scope
We read the drawings, and arrange a site visit where the project needs one.
Step 4
You receive a written quotation
The quotation is tied to your submission, and you can follow its status in the portal.

Your firm documents
Company registration, SACAP certificate, insurance and your firm profile, held privately. Only our staff can open them.
Plans for quoting
Upload PDF, DWG, DXF, image or ZIP files against each project.
Status of your submissions
See which projects are received, in review or quoted. You see your own records only.
