How we handle your information

Who is responsible. Stile di Vita Projects & Civils is operated by Stile di Vita Projects & Civils (Pty) Ltd, which is the responsible party for the personal information collected on this website under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect. The details you type into the enquiry form: your name, phone number, email address, the suburb of the site, what you need, the stage your project is at, and any notes you add. We also record which link or campaign brought you here, so we know which of our channels work.

Why. To respond to your enquiry, prepare an estimate or quotation, and arrange the work if you go ahead. We do not need your consent for that, so the enquiry form does not ask for it.

Marketing. We send marketing email only if you tick the separate box on the form. We record when you ticked it and the wording you saw. You can withdraw at any time, by writing to salmon@stiledivitaprojects.co.za.

Who sees it. Staff of Stile di Vita Projects & Civils and its technology provider, INHOUSE OS (Pty) Ltd, which hosts the system. Your details are kept separate from the customer records of other businesses in the same group.

Your rights. You may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you may complain to the Information Regulator. Send requests to salmon@stiledivitaprojects.co.za.
